In network marketing it doesn’t matter what company you are with the ONLY approach to success is through duplication. Without duplication you cannot grow a rewarding downline and earn dependable residual income each and every month.

Duplication is where you discover a business builder and train them to do something much like what you are executing to attain the same results. You should note carefully, I did not say train them to do what you are doing to achieve success, but what ever it takes to reach the same results or the same goal.

Say as an illustration your compensation plan requires you to create 20 distributors wide on your very first level so you always have sufficient people to work with and that it pays sufficiently to make the downline financially rewarding. Once you have done this, you can clarify that with your company, the compensation plan incentives a stability between retail sales and new distributor sponsoring growth so that while they are searching for distributors they should acquire 10 retail customers and service them monthly.

Duplication is very easy if everyone has a work plan of 5 to 10 hours a week, goal and an action plan. Focusing on finding the 20 distributors and servicing 10 retail customers per month will push network marketing duplication that nobody can stop.
